beware if you picking money, they never have money to get it, it have been third time happend to me, they said we dont have money , even couple of hundred dollars, not all the time people sending money. Worst service you have stay in line for 30 min and get nothing, what a waste of time

I’ve been to this Money Mart location twice for Western Union transactions and it’s been a good experience each time. The first time, I met Tola and she was very professional, courteous and helpful. Today, I met Hudson and he was also very courteous, professional and helpful. Both times, the transactions were very fast. Great customer service Hudson and Tola. Thank you

Yes agreed, the worse western union customer services.I just called 10 minutes ago to ask for exchange rate but to my surprise, the customer services responded, you have to call the main line, I asked if he has number, I cant I am with the customer right now then hanged up the phone.. how rude... with this kind of attitude he is distroying the good company image.

i honestly dont know why the rating for this branch is so low. I have been going to this location for almost a year now and i have never had any issues with any of the sales rep. The best rep - hands down, is Tope -- always welcoming and with a great smile all the time!!Keep up the good work guys!!
